The vert hotel is an excellent hotel. We had a great time. Excellent cleanliness in the room and everywhere in the hotel, in our opinion it is necessary to clean the air conditioner, because sometimes you feel a strong smell from it when you open the air conditioner to high cooling.

I was missing a coffee machine in the room... or at least a bottle of water to make coffee. It's terribly annoying that you have to pay for sulfur at the spa. It's a luxury hotel that behaves like a mass hotel

Service in the lounge by Muhammad was above passage. When I asked for an answer about entering the bath when the height of the bath makes it difficult for a person in waves naturally that make it difficult for me to climb there was no answer. Just switching to a standard room was their answer.

We really enjoyed it. Great location. Care and cleanliness are seen everywhere. Laundry ropes on the terrace would be welcome. The spiral staircase on the way to the spa is dangerous for the heads.

יש מקום רב לשיפור . היתה תקלה באספקת מים חמים שטופלה אבל לא נפתרה לגמרי . בחדר היתה אמורה להיות כספת שלא נמצאה . אנחנו מתארחים במלון פעם - פעמיים בשנה והפעם יש מקום רב לשיפור.

מיקום מעולה , מלון מרווח ,עם גישה מהירה לחוף ,בריכה גדולה , חדרים מפנקים , מעליות מהירות , אוכל שלעיתים חוזר על עצמו אבל בסה``כ טעים ומגוון על אף מגבלות הקורונה ,מלון ללא עישון כלל . צוות די נחמד אבל לפעמים יש תור ארוך בקבלה . ביקשו שנפנה ביום שבת ב2 בצהריים - דיי מעצבן . סה``כ אהבנו מאוד .

A really fun dimension to the perfect massage and amazing room. The only thing I got a little bit of was the evening show ... guest singer. It was better to play social games or to run with modern pens rather than sennes. I came with two children

The reception service should be improved. It took a long time at the entrance. There were not enough receptionists. There was also one waiter in the lobby and it took a long time to get a reservation service that would be etc. Another thing was crowded in elevators and they had a long waiting time and above it skipped floors even though they were booked.

A few years ago we got a year to stay at the hotel and we were very pleased. Four years ago we stayed at the hotel and were disappointed ratio and ministers is so, we have not reached the hotel in the past four years. This year we decided to try and we were happy to discover that the relationship is very, service, food, cleanliness excellent. We enjoyed every minute of it, we would recommend the hotel and will definitely go back to stay with family.

I want a vacation hotel. Only a dining room tables were not always orderly. And nothing bothered me is-on memory did not hear the siren in the lobby. When I asked why? I answered that must not turn on the TV. But all channels at the same time a memorial service was broadcast. This thing I can not understand.
